CANCELLATION POLICY:
60+ days - full refund, 30+ days - half refund, no refund if canceled under 30 days. Weather cancelations refunded in full if Derry Public Schools are closed.

CUSTODIAL SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We collect a $100 deposit at the time of booking. This is a refundable deposit based on the condition of room upon your departure. Amount refunded if any will be determined after an EDVIS staff inspects the facility. 

HEATING COSTS:  There may be additional fees for heat. To be determined

AIR CONDITIONING: There may be additional fees for A/C. To be determined
